The Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong (PFA) held a seminar on ‘Intelligent Physical Training’. The event, featuring industry leaders, explored technology’s role in enhancing life quality, showcased an AI fitness challenge, and facilitated discussions on future innovations.

Physical Fitness Association of Hong Kong, China (PFA) recently spearheaded a successful seminar under the theme ‘New Era in Intelligent Physical Training’. The event was ably chaired by Ms. Michelle Sit, the Assistant Director (Coach Training) of PFA, with a warm welcome address delivered by Prof. Raymond Sum on behalf of PFA.

Focused on the exploration of technology’s role in enhancing life quality, the seminar drew a large number of industry professionals. Insights on related topics were shared by Dr. Sam Wong, the Executive Director, Mr. Wayne Chung, CEO of GOFA, Ms. Sandy To, Senior Customer Manager of Archon Wellness, and Dr. Eric Poon, the Specialist of Fit’s Research and Publication Committee.

The venue was a buzz with displays of several innovative products that integrate technology and health, setting new standards in lifestyle quality. Participants had the chance to experience an AI fitness challenge first-hand, employing cutting-edge AI for posture detection, thereby taking fitness aspirations to new heights. Furthermore, an engaging group workout session, in partnership with Luca & Friends, perfectly blended fitness and enjoyment, providing a unique workout experience for the participants.

The seminar was successful in assembling a group of individuals equally enthusiastic about leveraging technology to uplift lifestyle quality.
